Starlings, Can I get rid of them, inviting other birds?
We have a farm … We have a lot of birds mostly starlings and pigeons. I do not care, but I want to make bird feeders and invite finches and viewpoints. We have those too, but not many. I fear that starlings will drive them away, but I would invite another bird of any species can drive the starlings away .. We do not kill or poison them. Any people bird with any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!
A bit morbid, but .. if you can find a few dead starlings and hang in the trees where discouraging starlings sleep greatly. If not a bit of plastic or resin replicas of hawks strategically placed rest areas also discourage the starlings
